Our Denunciation Channel is a service that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which guarantees the best service and total availability for our clients. To meet this demand, our team works on a 5-day workweek scale.

We are looking for a person to work on our reporting and emergency channels, at our office in Alphaville, in Barueri city – São Paulo.

We are currently working from home regime and presential training due to the pandemic. Once it’s safe, this will be a presential position.

Check out the activities below:

·       Registering and classifying reports made through voice channel, email or website in English or Portuguese;

·       Preparing technical analysis and recommendations;

·       Gathering information and inspecting risks from our clients’ reporting channel.

·       Resilience to handle all kinds of content that may appear during a report;

·       Ability to analyze and record the most important information, as well to dig in essential situations to fully understand the report;

·       Ethics and Compliance, since we are talking about a Reporting Channel;

·       Focus on the quality of our service, showing empathy, respect, and commitment to the complainant.

WHAT IS PRIMORDIAL FOR US

·       Complete Undergraduate Formation;

·       English and Portuguese fluent or native speaker.
